Philosophy

Creation is Thinking

I believe exceptional AI Agents are far more than just clever Q&A

They comprehend real business, embed into real workflows, and deliver real results

Every workflow orchestration is a system redesign
Every human-in-the-loop is a value transformation

Between the probabilistic nature of AI
and the deterministic rigor of business delivery
finding the essential connection that unlocks true value

Human-centered, outcome-driven

Empowering Agents to handle the repetitive, tedious, and cross-system friction
while freeing humans to master judgment, strategy, and core impact

  • PROBLEM
  • STRATEGY
  • SYSTEM
  • CERTAINTY
  • VALUE
  • JUDGMENT
Agent Workspace

From Business Problem
to a Runnable AI Product

Redesigning the repetitive work, information checks and cross-team coordination inside real order-to-cash operations into an Agent Workspace that can understand, execute, coordinate and follow through

From finishing a task once
to building a method the AI can keep reusing
that is what Agent-native means to me
not telling the AI what to do every time
but writing down how I actually work
so an Agent can understand it, run it, check it, and reuse it
agent-workspace — order-operations ready
$ agent-workspace ./order-operations.md

[01] Read the order
✓ Customer, model, quantity, price and lead time parsed
→ Key order fields and open questions identified
[02] Connect business systems
✓ CRM implemented, OA / ERP / CRM connected
→ System context for order processing established
[03] Run the order-to-cash flow
✓ Information prepared, order created, CRM updated
→ The Agent handles the repetitive work, humans keep final sign-off
[04] Coordinate business roles
✓ Approvals and cross-team tasks triggered
→ Sales, PMC, procurement, finance and warehouse tasks now run in one flow
[05] Keep the order moving
✓ Task tracking, status monitoring and proactive alerts in place
→ Blocked or off-track tasks escalate by rule
[06] Keep humans in control
✓ Confirm, edit or undo at every key checkpoint
→ The Agent executes, the human decides

$ ui-mockup-desktop-workbench ./page-spec.md

[01] Read the page brief
✓ Page brief and existing UI standards read
→ Reuses the existing type scale, spacing and components, not a new visual language
[02] Structure before visuals
✓ UI structure, state model and ASCII layout extracted
→ Structure and states agreed before high-fidelity work, so nothing gets redone
[03] Generate the page
✓ Target page and interaction states generated
→ Ships as a native project preview, not just a static image
[04] Align point by point
✓ Layout width, type scale, spacing and components verified
→ Any mismatch gets measured in pixels before it changes

[01] Read the demo spec
✓ Demo brief and page spec read
→ The signed-off Figma file is the single source of design truth
[02] Lock the rendering rules
✓ Fixed shell size and the 100% zoom + flexible content rule confirmed
→ Layout holds up when the window is resized
[03] Build the page and interactions
✓ Front-end pages and core interaction paths built
→ Plain HTML/CSS/JS, no framework, no build step
[04] Wire up business states
✓ Sample data and business state transitions wired up
→ Fields, order and copy follow the prototype exactly
[05] Verify
✓ Checked line by line against the prototype, with reproducible evidence
→ Screenshots and measured values, so any issue can be traced back

JOURNEY

My Leveling Up Log

This was never a planned path. Every problem I solved became a method, and every method became a capability I built on.

Ten years in manufacturing, trade and overseas brand building taught me to find problems in live operations. When the same decisions, documents, follow-ups and reviews kept repeating, I started asking a simple question: which work can go to AI, and which decisions must stay with people?

So I chose B2B order operations as the entry point and took one real problem through a full AI agent build, from zero to one: problem analysis, workflow design, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, risk fallbacks, and a working demo at the end.

Building the project showed me a broader side of AI development: a working demo is only the beginning. The real challenge is making AI work within the constraints of a real enterprise. This experience became a starting point for me to explore the intersection of business, technology, and AI more deeply.

From business operations to the front line of AI.

Leveling up · from executing to owning the outcome

Owned the full chain from inquiry to payment, with every number at the negotiating table in my hands.

  • Commercial negotiation and contracting: led business negotiations and contract signing with overseas customers, setting the core terms on price, lead time and payment; 92% annual on-time contract fulfillment.
  • Cross-functional coordination and delivery assurance: led the resolution of 20+ types of delivery exceptions, cutting the exception response cycle from 5 days to 2.
  • End-to-end trade operations: ran the full inquiry-to-payment chain solo, covering 4 overseas markets and 15 customers, with annual order volume of about RMB 10.8M.
  • Customer development: won 10 new key accounts, with customer satisfaction at 95%+ and a 78% renewal rate.

Into the trade · the front line of orders and overseas operations

Three roles spanning order follow-up, commercial management and overseas operations. Together they make up one complete order chain.

  • End-to-end order fulfillment: peak shipments of 50,000 units a month and up to RMB 20M invoiced in a month, tracking every order from placement to shipment.
  • Systems and data management: ran the full process in Yonyou / K3 / Kingdee Cloud, maintaining the core ledgers for inventory, IMEI, shipments and payments.
  • Demand forecasting and risk closure: used a rolling 4-month forecast to anticipate swings, working across departments to close out material shortages, delays and late payments.
  • Process improvement and standardization: rebuilt the order, shipment and transfer flows and rolled out a standard operating system for the Dubai branch — +20% fulfillment efficiency and +10% shipment volume.

Laying the foundation · on the R&D and delivery floor

On the front line of manufacturing R&D and delivery, I learned to take something from start to finish.

  • Full-lifecycle R&D project control: coordinated new products from kickoff, design review, tooling and prototyping through hardware and software development to pilot and mass production, protecting on-time delivery.
  • Requirement breakdown and delivery: turned market and customer input into product plans and R&D tasks, and took part in milestone reviews and acceptance.
  • Cross-team coordination: worked with R&D, procurement, production and testing to set up progress tracking and issue-closure routines.
  • Documentation: maintained BOMs, ECNs, part numbers and project files so product information stayed complete and traceable.
